How does the Graco Baby Stroller Model #1747491 fold up and adjust?
I received a Graco Baby Stroller Model #1747491 and I don’t have an owner’s manual for it. How does it fold up? Also, how does the seat levels adjust? I am hoping that it is not broke! Thanks in advance!
