I need some reccomendations for a good car seat because my son is 4 1/2 months now and I think he needs a new car seat cause the one I bought is getting too small. I dont know which one is a good one? he’s 25 inches and 15 pounds already. I have the GRACO fortune travel system and I dislike the stroller too because it doesnt recline flat and the cover is hard to close and open at times. Any reccomendations? thanks!

we just picked up our car seat and stroller. it is the graco quattro tour deluxe, with the safe seat car seat. they are sold separately, but are supposed to work fine as a travel system. my question is–why isn’t it latching? the end where baby’s head would be snaps in underneath the cup holder fine, but where baby’s feet would be, there are 2 latches that you pull from one side to the other and its supposed to keep the bottom in place. i don’t think it’s working properly, but wanted opinions from you parents that use these things daily. is it supposed to latch real firm in place, or is there a usually a little wiggle room?

I’m having a baby in December. Is it okay to buy a travel system that comes with a stroller, infant seat, and base and put the base in my car, which will be where the baby will be riding most of the time and then buying a convertible car seat (Graco Myride) and putting this in my husband’s car for the rare times that the baby will ride somewhere with just him? That way we won’t have to buy an extra base. Or should I just spend the extra money and get a base along with the convertible? (When he grows out of the infant seat, we will put the Graco Myride in my car and get a cheaper convertible for husband’s car.

We have the "counting sheep" travel system from Graco. I want to get a double stroller and simply use the car seat we already have. Will that one fit into any Graco double stroller or will I have to start from scratch? My daughter will be 2 1/2 when the baby is born and I am hoping she will still want to use the stroller! Thanks for any and all help!
